The Anderson County Health Department is excited to begin Body Recall classes again! 

Body Recall is a lifetime fitness concept.  It is a safe, tested program of gentle exercise and movement developed for the living longer population.  Dorothy Chrisman of the Berea College Physical Education Department developed Body Recall in 1978.  Body Recall is a different approach to movement that is possible for all people.  Body Recall exercises are not new.  They are simply natural motion performed thoughtfully and specifically controlled to maximize potential range of motion, strength, coordination, balance and agility, all of which influence body maneuverability and freedom throughout the day.

The Body Recall class will run for 10 weeks.

• Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:30-10:30 am beginning January 24, 2012 through March 29, 2012.

Currently there is no charge for the Body Recall classes.  The location for these classes will be in the Community Room of the Anderson County Health Department at 1180 Glensboro Road. 

Please do not call to register for these classes.  Each and every class will be conducted on a first come, first serve basis.  There is sufficient seating for up to 20 participants.
