The next session of Body Recall begins April 24th in the Community Room of the Anderson County Health Department.
The next session of Body Recall begins April 24th in the Community Room of the Anderson County Health Department. Body Recall is a safe, tested program of gently movement designed specifically to increase strength and flexibility.
The class is FREE and will be held Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 9:30am - 10:30am, for 10 weeks. Registration is not required, the class will be conducted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Hope to see you there!
